Tommy the Turtle, sounds kinda sorta like a character in a children's book doesn't it? This
Tommy the Turtle would never be seen in a kid's book more likely to be scene doing an interview in Playboy or Soldiers of Fortune.
Tommy is used by the prairie dogs on their patrols along the borders line of their little kingdom. One might say that Tommy is member of the Border Patrol, a reluctant member but still part of those studly little protectors of the prairie dog community.
Tommy does not like to be awakened before he deems it time to rise and shine and as often as he can will show his disdain for the little prairie dogs and at the same time they will try to provoke our little hard shelled friend.
