Just having some fun here, using a style like you might see in some old west movie, building up the drama.
Imagine in the back ground all you could hear was the ticking of the clock. I think I remember a scene like this in High Noon or maybe it was Blazing Saddles.
Tomorrow the tall dark stranger ( please note that even though the stranger is not tall or dark it sounds much better than short squatty pale stranger)will commence to tell his tale of bravado and mayhem as he was witness to.
