As they say, life is an adventure and getting to where you are going can sometimes be more eventful than what happens after you get to where ever it is you are going.
If we spend all our times worrying about what may happen in the future we can sometimes fail to enjoy the present.
Whenever we take a drive along a mountain road we never know what dangers may lurk around the next corner or even above us. But if we spend all our time fretting about what may or may not happen in the future we become like the talking heads on the 24-7 cable news who think they can predict the future by what has happened in the past.
The old saying, "Those who forget the past are doomed to relive what has already happened". Or something like that.
In the game of Lotto, the chances of the same numbers coming up two games in a row have the same chances as any other set of numbers. Life is most times random, there is no way to predict the future even with one of those fancy whiz bang computer programs.
All that being said, life is a crap shoot, but if you live in fear all your life, some times you will miss out on some really great times. So go out there and live today as though there is no tomorrow.
For the past several days we have been camping and communing with the wild critters nature has provided us to enjoy. Tomorrow I will pick up my little story No Bears left behind and eventually it will come to an end, I promise. I know how the story ends and in the end you will finally see what the gag line or joke is. See you all tomorrow, time now to do some more cartoons. TTFN.
