Synergy

A true leader is a person who is not afraid to delegate jobs to other people.  In doing so it gives the people they have delegated a sense of power and independence. 
What would happen if all the leaders of the world were to delegate away all their functions to lots of other people..What would all these world leaders have to do? Go on vacations 24/7 and playing lots of golf together. 
I can just imagine the gathering of the world leaders at Pebble Beach for a week long golfing and moving the negotiations to the 19th hole for lots of Adult Beverages and solving the woes of the world.  Of course all the Muslims would have to move on  to the Hemp room to get mellow on some good California Mary J.  I could never understand how it is that Muslims are not allowed to drink adult beverages but can blow their mind away on some good Hashish from a Hookah water pipe..

But I digress, would anything be accomplished with all the world leaders playing golf in California???  Probably not...At the same time there would probably be no wars or other things that world leaders tend to do as a hobby to pass the time.
